Visual Content Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop presentation decks for program events and training sessions.

• Produce graphics and visual assets for program videos, including informational event clips and instructional videos for Rally.

• Design branding materials such as logos, headers, and Zoom backgrounds.

• Create social media visuals, including posts, video snippets, GIFs, and advertisements.

• Generate organizer graphics, flyers, and easily shareable toolkits for staff and participants.

• Design visuals for recruitment or partnerships as needed.

• Utilize existing templates and brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive appearance.

• Recommend areas where new assets could be beneficial.

• Collaborate and deliver work on time using Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Assume additional responsibilities as program needs evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of design experience, preferably in organizing, advocacy, campaigns, nonprofits, or other mission-driven environments.

• Proficient design skills in Canva.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to execute quickly and creatively across various formats.

• Comfortable working with templates and adhering to brand guidelines.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack, or a quick ability to learn these tools.

• Access to a computer and stable internet connection.

• Provide links to 2–3 design work samples as part of the application process.

• Experience in video editing is a significant advantage.
