This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Propel sales growth in automation and enhance brand loyalty through collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Work alongside the sales team on strategic account planning to secure business from end-users.
• Create compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of solutions offered.
• Ensure effective communication with sales personnel, distributors, end-users, and various divisions.
• Collaborate with divisional resources to provide insights on competition, innovation, and customer requirements.
• Efficiently manage your territory by concentrating on key accounts and activities, applying the 80/20 principle.
• Offer expertise in robotic welding applications and automated welding systems, assisting customers in optimizing their process performance.
• Aid customers and integrators with system setup, parameter selection, process optimization, and troubleshooting to guarantee stable, high-quality automated welds.
• Provide training, demonstrations, and continuous technical support to end users, OEMs, and distribution partners regarding robotic welding capabilities, best practices, and solution recommendations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding or a related field, with a background in robotics, controls, and advanced welding processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in a sales role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• REQUIRED: Willingness to travel overnight at least 50 - 75% of the time.
