This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect business and technical requirements while documenting both current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in line with established design standards.

• Coordinate various aspects including interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Organize and implement unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, user engagement, issue resolution, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Leverage expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server, JVM optimization, clustering, application deployments, middleware security, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the delivery of reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 4+ years of experience in a related professional capacity.

• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, JVM optimization, clustering, application deployments, middleware security, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform indicated in the job title.

• Strong grasp of relevant business processes and the core functionalities of the platform.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Understanding of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support processes.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Eligibility for sponsorship is confined to U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; new H-1B visa petitions are not eligible for sponsorship.

• This position offers full-time direct W2 employment; C2C or 1099 options are not available.

• Preferred qualifications include additional hands-on expertise in the WebSphere technology stack, cloud services, automation, modern delivery methodologies, secure development practices, accessibility, governance, regulatory compliance, relevant certifications, or advanced training.
