Jira Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements, outlining current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in accordance with established design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, promote user adoption, resolve issues, and drive continuous process enhancements.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a related professional capacity.

• Hands-on experience with Jira Software/Jira Service Management, including workflows, issue types, schemes, permissions, automation, and dashboards.

• Proficiency in implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform specified in the job title.

• Strong comprehension of relevant business processes and the core functionalities of the platform.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.

• Capable of collaborating with business users, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
