This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of performance, usability, and consistency across various campaigns, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.
• Create, maintain, and enhance web pages; convert briefs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and high-performance experiences.
• Oversee CMS infrastructure, component libraries, and site governance protocols.
• Continuously enhance site speed, schema, crawlability, and overall site health.
• Provide updates to the marketing team and stakeholders regarding site performance, trends, testing roadmap, and outcomes from tests.
• Conduct a structured experimentation program across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user flows.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests; transform behavioral and performance data into prioritized modifications.
• Enhance conversion rates throughout the buyer journey, from the initial visit through to sales handoff, in collaboration with Performance and Revenue Operations.
• Optimize structure, metadata, and content hierarchy for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery.
• Collaborate with content and product marketing to ensure pages are structured for clarity, semantic relevance, and machine-readability.
• Manage tracking, tagging, and instrumentation on web properties to ensure the reliability of conversion data.
• Monitor site performance, identify trends and issues proactively, and report on effective strategies.
• 3–5 years of experience in web development, conversion optimization, or digital experience management.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern CMS platforms (knowledge of WordPress and Webflow is essential).
• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation, with tangible results to demonstrate.
• Understanding of modern technical SEO and AI-driven discoverability, including schema, semantic structure, and site performance.
• Strong analytical skills: experience with GA4, heat mapping, session recording, and performance reporting.
• A keen eye for design, hierarchy, and user experience, with the insight to recognize that exceptional experiences are often defined by what is omitted.
