This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of conversion optimization across essential funnel surfaces, including both paid and organic landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit interactions.
• Lead qualitative research at the funnel level by recruiting and interviewing patients, distilling insights into testable hypotheses, and ensuring that learnings are disseminated across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Design to ensure alignment of experimentation with overarching company objectives.
• Maintain a prioritized conversion rate optimization (CRO) backlog that is linked to business outcomes rather than just the volume of ideas.
• Work closely with channel managers (such as Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging throughout the entire funnel.
• Build and deploy experiments directly in Webflow.
• Design, initiate, and analyze experiments using Statsig.
• Convert experiment results into actionable insights and provide clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Keep updated on industry trends and best practices within the CRO domain. Always look for opportunities to improve the patient and advocate experience through innovative strategies and technology.
• Contribute to the evolution of Solace’s experimentation culture by enhancing frameworks, documentation, and decision-making standards.
• 3–4 years of practical CRO experience, preferably within a lead-generation or sales-assisted funnel.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow, with the capability to independently build and iterate on designs.
• Comprehensive understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, and principles of statistical significance.
• Ability to identify patient needs through qualitative research and translate those insights into experiments that enhance the patient journey.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., product, design, analytics) to execute seamless, high-impact tests.
• Skilled in data interpretation, reporting, and optimization; comfortable utilizing dashboards or generating reports to extract insights.
• Familiarity with experimentation tools such as Statsig (or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tests concurrently.
• Comfort in collaborating using design tools like Figma.
• A proactive approach — you act swiftly, make informed decisions, and excel under tight deadlines.
• Must reside in the United States.

• Equity ranging from $50K to $65K.
