This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the complete CRO cycle: identifying opportunities, formulating hypotheses, prioritizing, designing tests, executing, and analyzing results.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B, A/B/n, and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor (significance, test power, sample size) and reliable results interpretation.
• Map and document the user journey, identifying friction points, drop-off areas, and optimization opportunities throughout the funnel.
• Define and maintain the data layer and tagging plans (measurement plans), ensuring consistent and reliable data collection.
• Implement and maintain tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other data collection and analysis tools.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analyses that translate data into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and UX teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads (Product, UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing) to implement test variations and prioritize the experimentation roadmap.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Solid experience with CRO, experimentation methodologies, and A/B testing (design, execution, and analysis).
• Proficiency in experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Google Optimize, or equivalents).
• Practical knowledge of the entire Digital Analytics chain: data collection (tagging, data layer), processing, and analysis.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong foundation in statistics applied to experimentation (statistical significance, confidence intervals, sample size).
• Analytical ability to transform data into clear hypotheses and recommendations.
• Understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and product/marketing metrics.
