CRO Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Execute A/B and multivariate testing utilizing tools such as Optimizely.

• Ensure optimal website functionality and performance throughout the testing phases.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with CRO tools.

• Maintain and enhance the integrations between testing platforms and analytics tools.

• Collaborate closely with developers and marketers to implement tests efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or digital analytics.

• Practical experience with Optimizely, Google Optimize, or equivalent platforms.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing tests.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of working collaboratively with design, development, and marketing teams.

• Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
