This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance digital customer journeys for various brands, products, and services.

• Assess customer behavior and refine landing pages.

• Optimize lead magnets to boost webinar sign-ups.

• Elevate email performance and minimize funnel drop-offs.

• Utilize AI to tailor customer experiences.

• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Copywriting, AI Engineering, Automation, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Sales Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.

• Proven track record of enhancing landing page and funnel conversion rates.

• Proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

• In-depth understanding of customer psychology and purchasing behavior.

• Skilled in analyzing data and making informed decisions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Experience with AI in customer journey evaluation, funnel optimization, landing page enhancement, copy refinement, marketing analytics, experiment design, personalization, workflow automation, reporting, and customer segmentation is highly valued.
