This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily execution of our web experimentation program.
• Evaluate heatmaps, session recordings, FullStory, and GA4 to pinpoint friction points, drop-off trends, and conversion opportunities throughout the site.
• Document behavioral insights and convert them into clear, prioritized observations that drive test ideas, UX enhancements, and design choices.
• Develop data-driven test concepts and compose structured hypotheses that distinctly outline the issue, proposed modifications, and anticipated results.
• Collaborate with the Manager to ensure alignment of the test backlog with the CRO strategy and business objectives.
• Track previous experiments to leverage learnings and prevent redundancy.
• Manage and uphold the monthly testing roadmap, ensuring it remains accurate and prioritized.
• Oversee each test throughout the entire pipeline - including briefing, Asana ticket creation, design coordination, developer handoff, quality assurance, launch, and monitoring.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ticket organization to ensure stakeholders have consistent visibility into test progress.
• Set up all experiments in Webflow Optimize, covering audience segmentation, traffic distribution, goal tracking, and variant logic.
• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance across various devices and browsers, confirming tracking, rendering, and experiment logic.
• Monitor active tests for data integrity and alert the Manager to any anomalies or early indicators.
• Act as the team's primary expert on Webflow Optimize, fully understanding its capabilities and best practices.
• Keep abreast of platform updates and proactively seek ways to conduct more advanced experiments.
• Produce a comprehensive post-test report for each experiment - detailing results, statistical significance, segment analysis, and a definitive win/loss/inconclusive conclusion.
• Maintain the CRO testing deck as a well-organized, current knowledge repository for the broader company to reference.
• Collaborate with the Manager on site-wide KPI tracking and contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
• 2-4 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX research, or web analytics.
• Practical experience in setting up and managing A/B tests within an experimentation platform (Webflow Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
• Proficient in behavioral analytics tools (FullStory, Hotjar, or equivalent) and comfortable with heatmaps and session recordings.
• Familiarity with GA4 for funnel analysis and performance monitoring.
• Excellent written communication skills - capable of drafting clear hypotheses, experiment briefs, and post-test reports.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a background in managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret experimental data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience working within a B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environment.
