Conversion Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new clients throughout their conversion process.

• Oversee a comprehensive project load of clients, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

• Conduct check-in calls and virtual meetings with clients during each stage of the conversion.

• Collaborate with the Conversion Technical Services teams to detect and rectify discrepancies in client data.

• Assess, document, and escalate any client issues or concerns encountered during the conversion process.

• Achieve and maintain a 90% average for on-time delivery of completed conversions.

• Sustain an average Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 88% or higher in the Top 2 ratings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Project Management (ideally in a client-facing capacity).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in data migration and/or conversion within a SaaS environment.

• Technical proficiency (knowledgeable in relational tables and databases).
