Website Editor – Deliverables-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Revise and refresh website text, images, and overall page content.

• Publish blog entries, case studies, and content for landing pages.

• Ensure all content is properly formatted and accurately published.

• Utilize WordPress CMS for managing pages, posts, and media assets.

• Collaborate with page builders (such as Elementor or equivalent) to modify layouts.

• Modify spacing, alignment, and structure of current pages.

• Uphold consistency across pages (fonts, styles, and formatting).

• Update existing pages while preserving the core design as much as possible.

• Adhere to brand guidelines.

• Review pages before and after they are published.

• Detect and resolve formatting problems, broken links, or visual discrepancies.

• Ensure content is responsive across various devices.

• Complete assigned website editing tasks independently.

• Provide updates accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Follow briefs and directives effectively without needing extensive supervision.

• Demonstrated experience with **WordPress**.

• Familiarity with page builders like **Elementor** (or similar tools).

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to follow instructions and implement changes accurately.

• Basic knowledge of layout design, typography, and web formatting.

• Proficient in managing multiple small tasks effectively.

• Previous experience in website editing or roles involving CMS is preferred.
