Website Developer, Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance and optimize the Double the Donation website to achieve lead generation and conversion objectives.

• Create, code, and deploy high-performing landing pages for marketing initiatives, product education, and sales support.

• Conduct comprehensive WordPress development, which includes constructing pages and overseeing plugins.

• Maintain website security, performance, and responsiveness.

• Redesign and improve existing website pages to enhance clarity, usability, and conversion rates.

• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional code and live WordPress pages.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to transform campaigns and messaging into engaging web experiences.

• Work with the sales team to facilitate inbound leads, demonstrations, and customer decision-making processes.

• Implement UX/UI, accessibility, web architecture, and conversion-focused design best practices across all web properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in web design and WordPress development.

• Experience preferably in SaaS environments.

• Extensive technical knowledge of WordPress, including site structure, custom themes, plugins, and content management.

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Basic understanding of PHP.

• Located in the Philippines with reliable availability for a long-term position.

• A robust portfolio showcasing both designed and developed websites.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Capacity to articulate and present ideas clearly in English.

• Targeted availability for 42.5 billable hours each week.
