• Design and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications utilizing Flutter, React Native, and native iOS and Android technologies.

• Establish mobile architecture patterns that effectively balance shared code with native functionalities.

• Collaborate with backend and platform teams to create APIs and services that facilitate mobile-first experiences.

• Ensure that mobile applications adhere to high standards for performance, reliability, security, and usability.

• Drive technical decision-making for mobile platforms, encompassing framework selection, tooling, and build pipelines.

• Enhance the developer experience for mobile engineers by improving patterns, documentation, and automation.

• Work alongside design teams to create polished, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.

• Support AI-enabled mobile features by safely and reliably integrating intelligent services.

• Mentor and assist fellow mobile engineers, elevating the overall level of craftsmanship.

• Engage in architecture reviews and contribute to the technical strategy across teams.

• Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant emphasis on mobile development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native.

• Strong expertise in building native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin or Java) applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, and data synchronization.

• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs and event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and deployments.

• Knowledge of performance optimization, offline support, and best practices for mobile security.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through technical influence and by setting a strong example.
