This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main liaison between the Marketing and Growth Product teams, ensuring alignment in strategies, priorities, and execution across both groups.
• Develop and implement the strategy for key transition points from the website to the product, focusing on segmentation, routing, and conversion optimization to guarantee a seamless visual and user experience (UX) framework across public-facing web properties and the in-app onboarding process.
• Lead the initiative to merge marketing intent data with product usage data, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the customer and enhancing personalization efforts.
• Design scalable web pathways for various buyer segments, balancing self-service growth with enterprise routing.
• Establish segmentation and behavioral frameworks that enhance lifecycle marketing and in-product experiences.
• Create and manage reporting frameworks that link upstream acquisition efforts to downstream activation, PQLs, and revenue outcomes.
• Over 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in spearheading strategy within a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or self-service growth context.
• Strong technical proficiency across marketing, product, and data platforms (e.g., AEP, Adobe CJA/Target, Salesforce, MixPanel, Pendo, Redshift).
• Proven capability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• A solid history of generating measurable results across intricate, multi-stage funnels.
