Webflow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and manage responsive Webflow websites based on Figma or design files.

• Oversee site architecture, CMS organization, and content modeling within Webflow.

• Enhance page speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for optimal performance.

• Develop custom interactions and animations using Webflow's native tools and custom coding.

• Integrate third-party applications, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, forms, and chat widgets.

• Work alongside design and marketing teams on landing pages, campaign sites, and SEO-focused pages.

• Diagnose and resolve bugs and cross-browser compatibility issues.

• Establish and manage staging environments and publishing processes.

• Document site architecture and maintain a reusable component library.

• Take ownership of the company’s online presence and support client-facing marketing websites.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Webflow projects, from design handoff to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building production websites in Webflow.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond the capabilities of the Webflow visual editor.

• Experience with custom code integration, API connections, and large-scale Webflow CMS implementations.

• A portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects that you can present to us.

• Comfort in collaborating closely with marketing and leadership teams.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and conducting technical SEO audits.

• Knowledge of HubSpot or comparable marketing platforms.

• Basic design understanding, including typography, spacing, and brand consistency.
