Webflow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop engaging Webflow sites, which encompass landing pages, blogs, and client portals utilizing Webflow's CMS and animation features.

• Incorporate third-party tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier, and custom JavaScript to enhance site capabilities.

• Improve site performance for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness through the use of Semrush and Google tools.

• Collaborate on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance user engagement.

• Diagnose and maintain websites through HTML/CSS/JS modifications and Figma handoffs.

• Assist marketing initiatives with swift page deployments.

• Integrate Webflow projects with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, particularly OpenAI/ChatGPT, to create dynamic, AI-driven user experiences.

• Design AI workflows to maximize latency efficiency, token use, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring prompt and reliable outputs.

• Familiarity with Storybook for developing, testing, and documenting UI components in isolation is a plus.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Webflow (certification preferred).

• At least 4 years of experience in JavaScript and 2 years in React.

• Over 2 years of experience with GSAP animations.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Webflow Logic/CMS.

• Experience using SEO tools (Semrush/Google Analytics), integrations (Zapier/HubSpot), and design tools (Figma).

• In-depth knowledge of responsive design, performance enhancement, and CRO best practices.

• Proven experience with AI API Integration, specifically with embedding and managing interactions with AI models like ChatGPT/OpenAI within web applications.

• Technical Optimization: Solid understanding of optimizing AI API requests, including managing rate limits, caching methods, and reducing latency.

• Cloud Exposure: Basic familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly concepts related to secure storage of secrets or simple script hosting.
