This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Conduct research, gather, analyze, and integrate information for operational projects and initiatives.
• Spot opportunities, formulate solutions, and lead issues to resolution.
• Oversee the coordination and sequencing of engineering efforts across Product Engineering teams and platforms.
• Manage interdependencies, identify obstacles, and drive towards resolution.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Align engineering delivery commitments with portfolio planning, resource forecasts, and program milestones.
• Design and implement functional, integration, and non-functional test strategies.
• Develop and sustain both automated and manual test coverage across platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled features.
• Validate releases prior to deployment and ensure that defects are documented and resolved before going live.
• Enhance engineering delivery processes and QA practices to boost throughput and minimize operational rework.
• Collaborate with IT Planning, Operations, engineering leads, and product owners.
• Distribute analytical reports and create reports and educational materials.
• Provide data summaries, graphical trend presentations, ROI analysis, and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
• Adhere to Trinity Health policies, compliance requirements, and safe work practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT and/or project management.
• Familiarity with QA/testing processes or release activities (preferred).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools (preferred).
• Basic understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
• Capability to follow tasks to completion and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
• Ability to comprehend complex concepts and convey instructions effectively.
• Proficiency in computer and technology skills.
• Capacity to maintain a safe working environment and utilize PPE.
• Ability to provide emergency assistance when necessary.
