This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development, implementation, and daily oversight of social media content and graphics across TTP channels, including Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
• Direct the creation of UX and graphic design mock-ups for website updates, SMS messaging, email communications, and mobile app features.
• Supervise the digital and social media elements of the Strategic Communications Plan and Media Buy Plan.
• Align digital and social initiatives with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, sentiment analysis, conversion rate, and acquisition rate.
• Manage paid digital and social advertising campaigns, optimizing performance and reach through social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Collaborate with the Account Director and Director of Strategic Planning/Media on media planning, purchasing, and creative development.
• Assist outreach events, tradeshows, and conferences with digital and social media content.
• Contribute digital performance metrics to After-Conference and After-Campaign Reports.
• Ensure that web-based and electronic content complies with Section 508 accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA criteria.
• Coordinate with contractors and CBP stakeholders on digital/social performance reporting and suggest KPI optimizations.
• Support the translation and localization of digital and social content for international Trusted Traveler audiences and foreign partner countries.
• Ensure adherence to DHS and CBP marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or social media.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Technical expertise in social media platforms and CMS.
• Experience in executing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficient in developing UX and graphic design mock-ups for websites, emails, and SMS communications.
• Knowledge of Section 508/WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA accessibility standards.
• A strategic thinker with a forward-looking perspective on marketing trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
• Experience in supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Comfort in managing complex client relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Occasional travel for client engagements may be required.
