Social Media Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions for founder accounts on X and LinkedIn.

• Discover pertinent accounts, audiences, posts, and discussions for engagement.

• Craft thoughtful and authentic responses to enhance visibility and foster meaningful relationships.

• Tailor replies to reflect each founder’s unique tone of voice.

• Conduct research on client industries and keep track of relevant discussions, trends, and news.

• Evaluate performance to pinpoint effective accounts, responses, topics, and strategies.

• Monitor metrics such as impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, and more.

• Experiment with and refine targeting, reply styles, timing, and engagement strategies.

• Work collaboratively with the broader SMM team to enhance founders’ social presence and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience managing social media accounts, communities, or engagement, preferably with a strong emphasis on X.

• Deep understanding of X culture and intentional growth through reply-based strategies.

• Exceptional written English skills with a knack for natural and conversational writing.

• Strong grasp of tone of voice and capability to adapt between different founder personalities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.

• Robust research skills and quick comprehension of fintech, crypto, AI, and emerging tech topics.

• Sound judgment in targeting accounts and discussions.

• Capability to maintain consistent engagement levels without compromising quality.

• Instinct for crafting human-like replies that are neither generic, repetitive, nor AI-generated.

• Experience with analytics or social intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or vibe coding tools like Claude Code is a plus.

• Background in building or utilizing agents, automation, or internal tools is beneficial.

• Provide examples of managed accounts and measurable outcomes when possible.

• Share typical high-quality reply output on a weekly or monthly basis.
