WEBCON Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain WEBCON BPS applications that facilitate document management, approval workflows, and back-office operations.

• Design and execute processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports within the WEBCON Designer Studio.

• Create custom logic using T-SQL and JavaScript when standard configurations do not meet requirements.

• Integrate WEBCON applications with ERP systems, DMS, Active Directory, email, and external APIs utilizing REST and SOAP protocols.

• Evaluate change requests and incidents in relation to project documentation and propose effective solutions.

• Maintain and stabilize production applications, focusing on troubleshooting and performance enhancements.

• Draft technical documentation and assist in user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine and clarify process requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in developing applications on WEBCON BPS.

• Practical, hands-on expertise with WEBCON Designer Studio, including process modeling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.

• Proficient knowledge of T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS sufficient for customizing forms.

• Proven experience in integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.

• Capability to independently analyze tasks, validate against documentation, and deliver solutions from start to finish.

• Proficient English communication skills for documentation purposes and collaboration with international teams.

• Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#, .NET plugins, and custom actions).

• Familiarity with Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.

• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate.

• Understanding of BPMN notation and process analysis.

• Experience providing services for clients in the financial or manufacturing sectors with formal compliance requirements.
