WEBCON Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the WEBCON team, providing business process automation solutions for clients in the financial services, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

• Create and maintain WEBCON BPS applications that facilitate document handling, approval workflows, and back-office operations.

• Design and execute processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports using Designer Studio.

• Develop custom functionality using T-SQL and JavaScript when standard configurations do not meet requirements.

• Integrate WEBCON applications with ERP systems, DMS, Active Directory, email services, and external APIs through REST and SOAP protocols.

• Evaluate change requests and incidents against project documentation and recommend practical solutions.

• Support and stabilize production applications, including diagnosing issues and enhancing performance.

• Create technical documentation and assist with user acceptance testing.

• Work closely with business analysts and client stakeholders to clarify and refine process requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in developing applications on the WEBCON BPS platform.

• Hands-on experience with WEBCON Designer Studio, including process modeling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.

• Proficient in T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server.

• Competency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS sufficient for form customization.

• Experience with integrating WEBCON systems using REST or SOAP.

• Ability to independently assess tasks, validate them against documentation, and deliver complete solutions.

• Proficient in English for documentation purposes and collaboration with international team members.

• Familiarity with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#, .NET plugins, and custom actions).

• Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-compliant process engine.

• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate.

• Understanding of BPMN notation and process analysis.

• Experience working with clients in financial services or manufacturing sectors that have formal compliance requirements.
