WEBCON Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the WEBCON team, focusing on business process automation for clients in the financial services, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

• Create and sustain WEBCON BPS applications that facilitate document management, approvals, and back-office operations.

• Design and execute processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports using WEBCON Designer Studio.

• Write custom logic utilizing T-SQL and JavaScript.

• Connect WEBCON applications with ERP systems, DMS, Active Directory, email, and external APIs through REST and SOAP.

• Evaluate change requests and incidents against project documentation while suggesting appropriate solutions.

• Ensure the stability of production applications, including troubleshooting and enhancing performance.

• Generate technical documentation and assist with user acceptance testing.

• Work in collaboration with business analysts and client stakeholders to clarify process requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in developing applications on WEBCON BPS.

• Solid, hands-on expertise in WEBCON Designer Studio, including process modeling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.

• Proficient in T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS sufficient for form customization.

• Experience in integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.

• Capability to independently evaluate tasks, validate them against documentation, and deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Proficient English communication skills for documentation and collaboration with international team members.

• Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#, .NET plugins, and custom actions) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Camunda or other BPMN-based process engines is advantageous.

• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate, is a plus.

• Understanding of BPMN notation and process analysis is beneficial.

• Background in delivering services for financial services or manufacturing clients with strict compliance requirements is desirable.
