This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and uphold measurement frameworks, tracking plans, and event taxonomies for key user journeys, conversion paths, and essential digital experiences.
• Execute, test, and authenticate analytics tracking across web properties utilizing tag management and analytics platforms to guarantee precise, consistent, and dependable data collection.
• Oversee and enhance website performance metrics, such as page speed, Core Web Vitals, and user experience indicators, collaborating with development teams to prioritize remediation initiatives.
• Create and sustain dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports that offer insights into engagement, conversion, site performance, and feature utilization.
• Carry out quality assurance audits of tracking implementations, data layers, and reporting results; resolve issues and set governance standards and documentation.
• Convert analytics findings into actionable insights and recommendations that enhance digital experiences, illustrate feature impact, and guide business and product decisions.
• Partner with digital, UX, marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders to align measurement strategies with business objectives and roadmap priorities.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing, debugging, and validating tracking and performance-related solutions.
• Familiarity with website performance measurement concepts, including page speed, Core Web Vitals, browser-based diagnostics, and front-end optimization principles.
• Comprehensive understanding of event tracking design, data governance, QA processes, and analytics documentation best practices.
• Capability to analyze user behavior and performance data, identify issues and opportunities, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics and optimization platforms are preferred.
• Experience with AI tools or a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
• Up to 5% travel may be necessary.
• Work during regular business hours and extended hours when required.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines, implement changes, or conduct tests.
