Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Configure and implement digital branding standards directly into the VeriChannel front-end architecture for both online and mobile banking interfaces.

• Develop and enhance responsive layouts, CSS components, and typography to guarantee a seamless experience across all channels for members.

• Work closely with UX Designers to ensure strict compliance with AODA and WCAG AA accessibility standards from the beginning of the project.

• Collaborate with Senior .NET Integration Developers to effectively connect front-end user interfaces to backend RESTful APIs through the VeriLink integration layer.

• Engage in daily Agile scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate rapid and iterative delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of senior-level experience in contemporary frontend web development (HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular).

• Demonstrated success in creating highly responsive, cross-platform experiences designed for both web browsers and mobile devices.

• In-depth knowledge of integrating and binding frontend components to RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Solid, hands-on expertise in WCAG and AODA accessibility guidelines and best practices for inclusive design.

• Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) for code deployment and pull requests.
