This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Establish and implement AutoStore’s global web and digital experience strategy in alignment with brand and ABM objectives.
• Create a seamless, customer-focused journey that supports awareness, consideration, and conversion phases.
• Drive initiatives to personalize the digital experience through AI-driven content recommendations and behavioral insights.
• Manage global content delivery and localization across all digital platforms.
• Utilize AI tools (such as predictive analytics, chatbots, and content optimization platforms) to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with brand, content, campaign, and product marketing teams to develop consistent, high-performing landing pages and experiences.
• Direct global AEO and tagging strategy, ensuring accurate data capture and performance analysis.
• Leverage AI-assisted AEO tools to enhance organic performance and keyword targeting.
• Convert data into actionable insights to promote continuous improvement in visibility and engagement.
• Ensure smooth integration between HubSpot, CMS, CRM, and analytics tools for effective lead tracking and nurturing.
• Implement AI-powered lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automation to boost marketing efficiency.
• Manage CMS operations (such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or similar), ensuring scalability, localization, and excellent user experience.
• Advocate for AI-enhanced content management, including tagging automation, asset recommendations, and performance forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors on technical development and system enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Over 7 years of experience in web strategy or digital experience management, ideally within B2B technology or industrial automation.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in: HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub.
• AEO and Google Tag Manager.
• Website analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot).
• CMS systems (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.).
• AI tools for content and optimization (such as Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Mutiny, or Adobe Sensei).
• Skills in personalization, A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Experience in leading global web operations, managing agencies, and working with cross-functional marketing and IT teams.
• Strong people management skills.
