This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead business operations across various countries.
• Manage and nurture a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Supervise the setup of offices, incorporation of entities, and launches in new markets.
• Oversee the implementation of payroll systems and local operational needs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Assist in recruiting operations, onboarding recruiters, and hiring processes.
• Organize and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics.
• Monitor key initiatives and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Enhance processes as needed to boost speed and reliability.
• Proven experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or related fields.
• Background in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable collaborating across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative areas.
• Capable of identifying issues, making decisions, and driving execution independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and readiness to take responsibility for results.
