This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the creation of high-end client-server applications.
• Engaged in the design and development of web pages.
• Transitioning applications to a web-based interface.
• Collaborates with clients to ascertain their requirements.
• Responsible for developing middle to high-end client-server applications.
• Proficient in utilizing HTML, XML, PERL, Apache, IIS, ASP.NET C#, VB, SSRS, ASP.NET Core, Angular, iOS Mobile Development, Xamarin, and Oracle.
• Requires exceptionally strong customer relationship management skills.
• Capable of working independently without supervision.
• Must hold IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
• (Basic Federal Clearance requirements include U.S. Citizenship, a clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies).
• A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Must have the appropriate Computing Certification as specified by the Cybersecurity Computing Environment Certification Working Group.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
• In-depth understanding of Oracle WebLogic Server, including the use of Oracle Enterprise Manager for patching and installing service components and modules.
• Familiarity with the WebLogic Diagnostic Framework.
• Experience with connectors such as Oracle Identity Management.
• Proven experience in operating web applications and databases within cloud environments (e.g., Azure).
• Competence in programming and coding across various environments using different toolsets, including PL/SQL Programming, Perl, C#, .Net, Java, Python, Linux scripting, WebLogic, and JavaScript.
• Skilled in building and deploying .war files using Apache Ant and Maven.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., GIT).
• Proficient in coding with HTML and CSS.
• Expert in using Java development tools (e.g., JDeveloper, Eclipse, Java SDK, etc.).
• Knowledgeable about the DISA STIG process and DoD RMF concerning security controls, including the use of threat detection tools like ArcSight to interpret results and mitigate findings.
• Demonstrated experience in Disaster Recovery, Continuous Operations, and threat mitigation.
• Skilled in managing and using various file transfer protocols, such as SSH, SFTP, and IBM MQ Server.
• Basic understanding of database ETL processes.
• Experience with WebLogic JMS / MQ Server.
• Familiarity with Section 508 implementation and compliance standards, utilizing tools like Jaw, ZoomText, Dragon, and Axe Monitoring.
• Proven experience managing SSL Certificates using Oracle Wallet Manager, OpenSSL, and Java Keytool, as well as configuring WebLogic for certificate use.
• Experience in creating essential technical and design documentation (e.g., job aids, SOPs, Knowledge-based articles, etc.).
• Strong oral presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
