Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and modify websites from layout to functionality based on client requirements.

• Create and maintain responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Work in collaboration with back-end developers and web designers to enhance usability.

• Generate and uphold software documentation.

• Apply web design and development principles to construct reliable software.

• Optimize web applications to achieve maximum speed and scalability.

• Diagnose and resolve issues within web applications.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Ensure compatibility across different browsers and mobile responsiveness of web applications.

• Implement security measures and data protection protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience as a Web Developer or in a similar capacity.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Solid understanding of back-end programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.

• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

• Strong grasp of responsive web design principles.

• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Knowledge of web performance optimization strategies.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional web development experience.

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and SEO best practices is advantageous.
