Web Content, Rebrand Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the process of website migration and rebranding within a five-week project timeline.

• Transfer, update, and organize content across various web pages.

• Review and revise website copy for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with the new branding.

• Perform basic content and page updates using a CMS or web publishing platform.

• Collaborate with design, creative, marketing, and digital teams.

• Conduct quality assurance on migrated pages, including copy, formatting, links, imagery, and overall presentation.

• Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and migration challenges, working with stakeholders to address them.

• Monitor migration activities to ensure content deliverables are on schedule.

• Update stakeholders on project status, inquiries, and potential risks.

• Assist with additional digital content and rebranding efforts as necessary.

• Must reside and work in the United States.

• Must have full authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship.

• No Corp to Corp arrangements accepted.

• Experience with web content, website administration, digital content, or website migration projects is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Foundational web skills and familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing are required.

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to efficiently review and manage a large volume of digital content.

• Comfortable collaborating with creative, design, marketing, and technical teams.

• Experience in supporting website redesigns, rebranding, or content migration is highly preferred.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines within an accelerated five-week timeline.
