Content Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Support the creation of instructional materials including eLearnings, videos, manuals, guides, modules, and training courses.

• Work in conjunction with subject matter experts and team members to collect information and feedback for content development.

• Perform initial quality assessments to guarantee content accuracy and compliance with solution guidelines.

• Assist in the organization of documentation and records in line with internal and client standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate the content development process.

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of essential applications, tools, industry trends, and best practices in content creation.

• Monitor the time allocated to content development tasks.
