Web Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom web applications utilizing contemporary development frameworks and technologies.

• Create, enhance, and support databases and web-based solutions that fulfill operational and business requirements.

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript, and associated technologies.

• Leverage low-code/no-code platforms to automate workflows, enhance business processes, and expedite application delivery.

• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party services, and enterprise systems.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, performance challenges, and user-reported defects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, assess business needs, and suggest technical solutions.

• Engage in software testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and system configuration records.

• Ensure application security, data integrity, and adherence to software lifecycle management processes.

• Provide end-user support and technical assistance for deployed applications.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively within Agile and team-oriented development settings.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications.

• Proven expertise in:

• - C#

• - SQL

• - .NET Core

• - JavaScript

• Experience in designing, developing, and supporting web-based applications and relational databases.

• Experience in integrating applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as:

• - Microsoft Power Platform

• - Power Apps

• - Power Automate

• - Mendix

• - OutSystems

• - Appian

• - Or similar platforms

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience with responsive web design principles and modern front-end frameworks.

• Proficiency in using source control and development lifecycle tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.

• Experience in developing and deploying applications in cloud-based environments.

• Knowledge of secure software development practices and cybersecurity principles.

• Experience in supporting application lifecycle management (ALM) processes.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based project execution.

• High School Diploma or GED along with at least 3 years of relevant experience required.

• Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
