This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Building and nurturing strategic relationships at national, regional, and local levels within the designated territory.
• Conducting research and engaging with assigned advisors to optimize sales performance.
• Educating advisors about product offerings and features, sales techniques, marketing strategies, as well as new business and underwriting processes.
• Offering support in illustration, case, and product design to assigned advisors.
• Assisting advisors during client meetings at the point of sale.
• Creating and executing an activity plan that enhances field engagement within an assigned territory and/or with designated relationships.
• Over 5 years of proven success in financial services sales (wholesale or retail), particularly in life insurance strategies.
• Experience in conducting point of sale life insurance transactions is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, with additional advanced degrees and/or designations (such as CLU, ChFC, CFP) preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and their application in estate, retirement, and business planning.
• Possession of Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and relevant life insurance licenses.
