Water Management Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Director of Field Services

• Provide account management and service support for clients within a designated region

• Serve current clients by conducting water tests and maintaining equipment

• Assist in upholding Comprehensive Water Management Programs

• Analyze data related to microbiological and water chemistry

• Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries

• Carry out minor maintenance on water monitoring equipment

• Conduct on-site measurements of chlorine, temperature, and pH using testing tools

• Collect water samples from buildings for laboratory cultures

• Mentor or train colleagues once fully trained

• Travel to client locations to service equipment and gather water samples

• Occasionally provide support in other regions

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside near Atlanta, GA

• A background in science, engineering, or mathematics is preferred

• Ability to learn to operate equipment that measures pH, temperature, and residual oxidants in water

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities

• Self-driven and motivated

• Possess a "can do" attitude

• Strong eagerness to learn new concepts

• Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a diverse workplace

• Ability to adjust to a fast-paced and continuously evolving business environment while managing multiple priorities

• Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, and various Google applications

• Willingness to travel to client sites within the region

• Capability to undertake occasional overnight travel

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary

• Capable of walking extensively around client locations, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds

• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
