This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, fostering trusted relationships with decision-makers, EHS&S leaders, regional heads, site representatives, and operational stakeholders.
• Oversee and expand an existing client portfolio by recognizing share-of-wallet opportunities, enhancing account penetration, and addressing new service requirements across disposal, recycling, reuse, transportation, and environmental services.
• Facilitate regular client meetings to comprehend operational needs, enhance partnerships, and convert client challenges into effective waste and by-product management solutions.
• Leverage market knowledge of TSDFs, recycling/reuse outlets, transportation providers, supplier capabilities, technologies, cost structures, capacity limitations, and emerging solutions.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of RCRA, USDOT Hazardous Materials regulations, and related requirements; collaborate with technical resources to guarantee that solutions are compliant, practical, safe, and in line with company standards and Goal Zero.
• Work alongside Technical Service Representatives, Environmental Managers, operations, suppliers, and internal support teams to create, price, communicate, and execute client solutions.
• Encourage inter-company referrals and pinpoint strategic supplier or service-provider partnerships that enhance the company's market position and client offerings.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and support teams while fostering a team-oriented culture rooted in integrity, accountability, service, and shared success.
• Experience in the environmental or waste industry in account management, business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Proficient understanding of disposal, recycling, reuse, waste transportation, TSDFs, and environmental services markets.
• Familiarity with RCRA, USDOT Hazardous Materials regulations, and associated environmental compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and balance client needs with business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, commercially aware, technically credible, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a readiness to travel as required.
