Senior Consultant – Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts in operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, and Human Resources to devise and develop solutions for both prospective and existing clients.

• Oversee the complete RFP/RFI processes for designated deals within industry verticals alongside the Procurement practice.

• Ensure that RFP/RFI responses effectively communicate WNS's value proposition and credentials in relation to client requirements across different geographies.

• Create content for case studies, competency documents, brochures, as well as corporate and domain-specific presentations.

• Identify opportunities for business development throughout the value chain and establish solution frameworks.

• Enhance farming penetration through proactive solution development initiatives.

• Engage in special and strategic projects.

• Aim to meet assigned revenue targets.

• Organize and lead client visits and tours of company facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post Graduate or Graduate qualification.

• A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience.

• At least 3+ years of experience in a Solutions role.

• A thorough understanding of business processes and the offshore business environment.

• Demonstrated client management capabilities.

• Competence in handling high-pressure situations while multitasking.

• An analytical mindset to comprehend customer requirements in the service industry and offer suitable solutions.

• Coordination and program management skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Solid domain expertise in sourcing, contracting, and transactional procurement.
