SAP WM Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee practical configuration, prototyping, and testing of sophisticated Warehouse Management solutions for inbound and outbound processing, internal movements, physical inventory, and replenishment.

• Design warehousing solutions that adhere to A&D regulations, including ITAR, EAR, serial number tracking, batch management, and military packaging standards.

• Create integration touchpoints between Warehouse Management and Procurement, Production (MRP/PPDS), Quality Management, and outbound logistics.

• Develop integrations with RF scanning, barcode systems, and automated material handling equipment.

• Manage, prioritize, and refine the Customer product backlog.

• Convert business requirements and operational challenges into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for Customer stakeholders.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, set sprint goals, and verify completed configurations against the Definition of Done.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is required due to federal and defense contract stipulations.

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) is essential.

• Background in the Aerospace & Defense industry, including defense logistics, government-furnished property, and stringent traceability requirements.

• Extensive hands-on configuration experience with SAP EWM/WM or a comparable enterprise-grade WMS.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Familiarity with advanced Warehouse Management systems.

• Excellent communication skills to connect warehouse floor operations with executive stakeholders.
