Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to global warehouse teams with operational and system-related inquiries.

• Aid in resolving intricate and non-standard warehouse challenges.

• Utilize ERP/WMS systems to diagnose and rectify operational issues.

• Determine root causes of persistent errors and create preventive measures.

• Keep warehouse SOPs, manuals, procedures, and training materials updated and maintained.

• Assist in the rollout of new warehouse processes and procedures.

• Engage in ERP/WMS testing, user acceptance testing, and system implementation activities.

• Serve as a key user and subject matter expert for warehouse systems.

• Provide training and support to warehouse users as necessary.

• Collaborate with Quality and other departments on QMS, CAPA, and warehouse process-related initiatives.

• Identify prospects for enhancing warehouse processes and ERP/WMS functionality.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new locations and the standardization of global warehouse processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of pertinent professional experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, quality, or a similar field.

• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, healthcare logistics, or another GxP context.

• Solid understanding of SOP-driven processes and regulated operations.

• Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, or comparable warehouse management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in investigating issues, pinpointing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.

• Good general IT skills and comfort working with complex systems.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
