Retention Restaurant Support Specialist, SaaS Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding and prompt inbound customer assistance through phone and email.

• Educate and consult with customers to add value, address their business needs, and ensure client retention.

• Master the Yelp Restaurant SaaS product suite and tailor product suggestions to meet client requirements.

• Engage in probing inquiries, troubleshoot, investigate issues, and identify solutions.

• Assist restaurant proprietors in utilizing Yelp Restaurant tools to promote their establishments, manage front-of-house operations, and attract diners.

• Collaborate with colleagues while attentively listening to and reassuring clients.

• Play a role in the growth of both customers and the company within a dynamic, high-growth setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or over 3 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles.

• Exceptional communication skills with customers via phone, email, and live chat.

• Capability to navigate challenging discussions and provide value to business owners in a professional and solutions-focused way.

• Flexibility, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth atmosphere.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

• Prior experience in SaaS, sales, client retention, support, or customer success is a plus.

• Must have access to a dedicated hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not permitted.

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, totaling 40 hours per week.
