VP Tribe Lead – Agile Squad Management, Corporate Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand the Management Reporting Factory as the centralized delivery hub for all Finance management reporting.

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery results across all Agile Squads within the Tribe.

• Ensure that delivery commitments align with the agreed scope, timelines, quality, and risk standards.

• Track and enhance delivery predictability, velocity, and throughput at the Tribe level.

• Proactively manage cross-squad dependencies, risks, and constraints.

• Implement and uphold uniform Agile delivery practices across the Tribe.

• Lead Tribe-level planning, dependency management, and delivery governance meetings.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Leads to ensure delivery aligns with strategic priorities and outcomes.

• Serve as the main delivery liaison for senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Data, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Data, or a related field.

• Professional qualifications in Finance (CA / CFA / MBA) are advantageous.

• Over 10 years of experience in Technology, Digital, Data, or Delivery leadership positions.

• More than 5 years in Agile delivery leadership.

• Experience with AI, analytics, or data-driven transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Agile or scaled Agile certification (SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent) is preferred.
