Freelance Instructor – VPFK, Nursing Management (PDL), Wound & Palliative Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You autonomously design and implement educational instruction while facilitating participants' learning experiences.

• You are accountable for the teaching and content of our continuing education programs, focusing on nursing management, law and data protection, social sciences, communication, leadership, conflict/time management, nursing science, nursing organization, case management, and quality management.

• You possess the ability to effectively relate practical applications to theoretical concepts.

• You are receptive to exploring additional topics within our seminar offerings.

• You provide support and guidance to our participants in their daily learning activities, including the preparation and administration of (final) examinations.

• Your responsibilities also involve employing various teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles in both video-based and in-person formats, fostering a positive learning environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in, or a close professional association with, (geriatric) nursing.

• Relevant vocational training, further education, and/or a university degree.

• Experience in adult education; familiarity with digital teaching formats is preferred.

• A pedagogical qualification is advantageous (e.g., additional training as a practical instructor, trainer certification).

• A passion for engaging with our participants.

• Quick understanding, initiative, and a structured, solution-focused approach.

• Dedication, adaptability, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

• Proficient use of MS Office and digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom).

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
