This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Solution Architecture: Create scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on PSA and services automation.

• Platform Strategy: Offer strategic insights on the integration of core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue) with PSA solutions.

• Implementation Leadership: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Integration Design: Design and manage integrations between PSA solutions, ERP systems, financial platforms, and various business applications.

• Governance & Standards: Establish best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce implementations.

• Innovation: Evaluate and suggest new Salesforce features, AppExchange applications, and third-party tools that enhance services automation and operational excellence.

• Mentorship: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while guiding development teams in Salesforce architecture and best practices for delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce, including a minimum of 5 years in an architect role.

• Preference for Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.

• Preferred certifications from PSA vendors (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble).
