This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Lead our commercial operations to drive revenue growth and expand market presence by building a high-performing sales team and establishing strategic partnerships with clients.
• You will create and implement comprehensive business strategies, manage key accounts and strategic alliances, and collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align market opportunities with the company's capabilities.
• On a daily basis, you will mentor your sales team, analyze pipeline performance, negotiate significant deals, conduct market analyses, and drive process enhancements to consistently achieve results in the MedTech/Diagnostics market sector.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading sales teams - You have successfully recruited, trained, and motivated sales teams to meet their targets.
• Strong background in MedTech/Diagnostics - You possess extensive knowledge of the life sciences industry, including IVDR regulations.
• You recognize that achieving success in the market necessitates strong alignment with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other crucial departments, and you actively cultivate these strategic relationships to drive company success.
• You are adept at designing and implementing sales processes, establishing appropriate pricing strategies, and creating diverse revenue generation avenues.
• You are comfortable managing budgets, tracking key performance metrics, and leveraging data to make informed business decisions.
• You can articulate ideas clearly, provide clear direction for your team, deliver constructive feedback, and listen actively to others.
• You are fluent in English and have experience leading remote teams across various time zones, ensuring effective communication and strong collaboration regardless of location.
• You have the capability to communicate in German or another European language.
