AVP, Analytics – B2B Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create analytics frameworks, tools, and insights in collaboration with the Marketing, GTM, Sales, and Platform Analytics teams to support and evaluate the impact of Health & Wellness Sales and Marketing Journeys.

• Actively identify and conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to enhance the performance of Sales and Marketing programs.

• Leverage Salesforce and Tableau Suite Analytics capabilities to generate insights and drive business actions related to key Salesforce effectiveness issues.

• Analyze, develop, and disseminate best practices across other B2B platforms to optimize sales prioritization, coverage, and effectiveness.

• Identify the combinations of client interactions, engagements, and sales performance that lead to the most successful outcomes.

• Explore and develop methodologies to operationalize the measurement of engagement impact.

• Take a hands-on approach to lead projects and perform data analyses.

• Deliver projects while adhering to established timelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance through meticulous project management, and mentor team members on analytical, technical, and functional topics.

• Assist with other B2B data infrastructure and reporting projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of analytics experience with a focus on sales and/or marketing functional support.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL/SAS, demonstrating the ability to utilize advanced algorithms and efficiently manage complex/large datasets.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.

• Over 3 years of project management experience, with a proven capacity to define and continuously improve best-in-class delivery practices for teams.

• Experience in managing stakeholder requests to support business needs and analytics.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management abilities.
