This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Take charge of RSAC’s collection of executive programs and evolve these communities from occasional events into a continuous, trusted, and ultimately profitable business venture.
• Provide a high-value experience for key CISO communities during the RSAC Conference — through exclusive meetings and tailored programming — to guarantee ongoing CISO participation.
• Foster loyalty among CISOs that leads to year-round engagement on RSAC’s membership platform, along with additional in-person and virtual meeting opportunities.
• Further enhance RSAC’s fraud footprint, advancing eFG to its next phase with membership and economic impact, in addition to establishing key partnerships.
• Direct the Executive Communities Portfolio and manage all RSAC Executive Communities, overseeing both full-time employees and contractors; define vision, structure, operational rhythm, and performance expectations for the team.
• Collaborate with the RSAC product team to outline platform requirements for year-round engagement across executive communities.
• Formulate a business plan for eFG and investigate avenues for sustainable financial models.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in executive community development, membership organizations, executive programs, content/editorial leadership, or senior-level event programming — with significant exposure to cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or a similar high-trust executive audience.
• Proven ability to convene and gain the trust of C-suite executives in confidential, peer-only environments.
• History of building or scaling a paid membership, executive program, or premium community business; familiarity with monetization issues including pricing, sponsorship models, and packaging.
• Experience leading and nurturing teams that include both full-time personnel and external contractors, operating across content, community, product, and commercial domains.
• Strong editorial and curatorial instincts — capable of setting an agenda, identifying suitable voices, and shaping discussions that senior leaders find genuinely beneficial.
• Discerning judgment regarding confidentiality, attribution, and the appropriate role of sponsors in executive contexts.
• Exceptional executive presence and written/oral communication skills; able to represent RSAC credibly to CISOs, fraud executives, sponsors, media, and policymakers.
• Comfortable working alongside product and engineering partners to convert community needs into platform specifications.
