This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively cultivate relationships and establish credibility with business leaders to offer strategic guidance on organizational and people-focused strategies and their implementation.
• Comprehend the business strategy and pinpoint opportunities to enhance alignment by assisting business leaders in recognizing, prioritizing, and developing organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
• Identify and assess key business performance objectives and their associated talent implications in collaboration with business leaders.
• Lead the talent management and development initiatives for GTM teams, concentrating on improving the quality of leadership and management, enhancing workforce skills and capabilities, and ensuring robust succession planning.
• Act as a consultant for AI transformation, advising leaders on the human aspects of AI-driven change.
• Diagnose discrepancies between current and desired organizational performance and implement actions to address these gaps, including organizational redesign, process modifications, coaching, and training, in partnership with the COE and People Operations.
• Analyze workforce trends to model and predict future labor needs, aiding senior leaders in workforce planning and succession management.
• Collaborate with the L&D COE to develop programs for high-potential leaders (VP+) and assist business unit leaders in creating development initiatives for high-potential employees.
• Identify and promote the sharing of best practices across functions to encourage continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration among business leaders, People Operations, and COEs to ensure HR products and services align with overarching business strategies and objectives.
• Align performance management and reward strategies to strengthen the GTM culture.
• Mentor senior leaders to enhance leadership skills, improve relationships among teams and individuals, and facilitate effective performance feedback.
• Extensive HR experience with proven leadership in strategic talent management, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating within an integrated CoE, HRBP, and Service Delivery framework.
• Advanced skills in people analytics, AI/ML applications within HR, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong business acumen with a history of connecting talent strategies to quantifiable business outcomes and revenue impact.
• Profound knowledge in workforce planning, executive succession, leadership development, and performance management.
• Familiarity with AI-driven HR technologies, including talent intelligence platforms, people analytics tools, and HR automation.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite and VP+ leaders.
