This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on Adobe-related services, solutions, and managed services.
• Build and enhance a robust enterprise pipeline across various accounts and sectors.
• Collaborate with Marketing on account-based initiatives, capability sessions, and outreach strategies.
• Work alongside Adobe Solution Partner Sales Teams and Infosys account organizations to pinpoint joint prospects.
• Lead intricate, multi-solution sales cycles from qualification to closure.
• Create proposals, spearhead executive negotiations, and secure contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding scoping, margin analysis, and resource alignment.
• Foster relationships with Adobe, Infosys, and client stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on digital experience transformation, content supply chain modernization, customer data activation, and agentic commerce.
• Represent Blue Acorn iCi at industry events and thought leadership engagements.
• Surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives while enhancing deal size, conversion rates, and win rates.
• Maintain precise CRM data for effective forecasting, planning, and pipeline health.
• Refine sales methodologies to boost sales efficiency and predictability.
• Mentor junior sales team members and assist in scaling the sales function.
• 7–10 years of demonstrated success in senior sales positions within a digital consultancy, agency, or SaaS/enterprise software environment.
• Experience in navigating multiple European markets and understanding regional procurement and decision-making processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual bookings targets of $10M+ in enterprise sales environments.
• Strong history of selling Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across Content & Workflows, Data & Analytics, Campaign Management, and Agentic/AI.
• Familiarity with AEM, GenStudio, Analytics, CDP, AJO, and Commerce.
• Proficient in leading complex deals, influencing C-level executives, and shaping multi-year transformation programs.
• Knowledge of commerce, content management, marketing automation, and customer data solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM for forecasting, reporting, and managing the pipeline.
