This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the vision and direct the strategy for Ellit Groups’ Applications service line.
• Manage the applications portfolio, which includes EHR, ERP, PACS, Time & Attendance, and various administrative and operational applications.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in EHR, ERP, and administrative application projects.
• Develop and oversee a growth pipeline, contributing to the company's business development objectives.
• Lead business initiatives, client presentations, RFP responses, needs assessments, project scoping, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Recognize expansion opportunities within current client relationships and partner-enabled services.
• Formulate and implement the Applications Service Line strategy for EHR implementation and optimization, ERP deployment, and application support.
• Guide practice leaders and consultants towards revenue and growth targets while ensuring quality of delivery.
• Supervise the delivery and quality of EHR, ERP, and administrative application projects.
• Take ownership of Applications Service Line offerings and manage budget, costs, and revenue.
• Stay involved in billable consulting as the Applications subject matter expert.
• Engage in client pitches, proposal evaluations, and solution design discussions.
• Lead customer assessments and consulting projects, acting as a senior escalation resource.
• Ensure that sales and proposal materials accurately reflect capabilities, integrations, delivery methods, and quality standards.
• Produce white papers, case studies, and industry-specific content on EHR, ERP, and healthcare application trends.
• Participate in podcasts and speaking events.
• Embody company culture through ongoing learning, development, community service, and team-building activities.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of advancing healthcare IT leadership experience within one or more health systems or healthcare IT consulting firms.
• Extensive expertise in EHR, ERP, and administrative application platforms.
• Proven knowledge of healthcare software applications, particularly with an emphasis on the Epic platform.
• Established experience as an escalation resource for complex delivery, platform, or client-facing challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, including proposals, client pitches, solution design, and initiatives for account growth.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• A clinical background is preferred.
• Experience managing or owning a vendor relationship for a significant healthcare technology platform is preferred.
• Experience in proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations is preferred.
• Consulting or professional services leadership experience in health IT or enterprise clinical systems is preferred.
• Collaboration experience with platform partners and ecosystem vendors is preferred.
• Current or lapsed Epic certification is preferred.
• Current or lapsed PMP certification is preferred.
• Current or lapsed Lean certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferred.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
