This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic thought leadership across all business units to drive revenue growth through our Partners.

• Align resources to support our Partner Channel program, ensuring optimal support and fostering collaboration among all disciplines and functions to enable our Partners, Sales, and Services teams to acquire, retain, and expand revenue.

• Always prioritize our clients; ensure that we act in their best interests and align with their goals and needs.

• Position Alegeus for over 20% incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth each year.

• Enable Alegeus to become the leading provider of healthcare funding and navigation solutions.

• Collaborate with our Sales leaders to understand the requirements of our Partners and our sales team.

• Develop a strategic Partner Channel program to enhance revenue opportunities through our Partners' network.

• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Sales Operations to implement the Partner channel program through aligned Partner incentives, sales strategies, training and certification programs, as well as metrics and measures for business growth.

• Work alongside Sales Leaders to ensure our programs provide a structured enablement framework for both Alegeus to Partner and Partner to Market interactions.

• Ensure that sales strategies, training, and onboarding processes meet the needs for optimal success in growing our Partners.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that all business partners are fully aligned to support and guarantee the success of the Partner channel program.

• Coordinate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies in the business, focusing on reducing time to revenue, enhancing Partner satisfaction, and creating growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales leaders and Sales Operations to bring programs to the team that maximize opportunities across account plans and identify areas for strengthening strategic opportunities and positioning within accounts.

• Lead strategic program initiatives across functions, such as Sales Process, Enterprise Interlock, and Revenue Management.

• Partner with all business leaders within the organization to establish key performance metrics across the business.

• Regularly assess sales-related processes for optimization.

• Manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategic program team, providing all necessary expertise.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; a Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in a Channel or Go-to-Market leadership role.

• Strong business acumen; demonstrated planning skills and executive presence.

• Passionate about healthcare, financial services, behavioral economics, consumerism, or a combination of these fields.

• Thrives in ambiguous situations; willing to tackle significant challenges.

• Capable of effectively prioritizing in an environment with multiple urgent and competing demands.

• Builds and nurtures a strong team atmosphere.

• Strategic thinker; adept at fluid and effective problem-solving.
