This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
β’ Collaborate with healthcare system clients on various intricate assignments to deliver practical and innovative solutions.
β’ Evaluate the current effectiveness of their ambulatory revenue cycle operations through interviews, observations, document reviews, data-driven insights, and process analysis.
β’ Cultivate relationships with clients while exploring opportunities to enhance their business and financial outcomes.
β’ Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in financial, operational, and delivery performance.
β’ Lead the successful adoption of our product and service offerings with both new and existing clients, driving outstanding business and financial results through revenue cycle management transformation.
β’ Work closely with our technology teams to deploy and implement our suite of products and workflow engines, ensuring optimal operational outcomes.
β’ Analyze trends in business metrics, potential issues and escalations, client feedback, and overall business strategy.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in ambulatory and acute operations management, as well as management consulting or advisory services.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, encompassing Patient Access and Billing.
β’ Proven track record of managing large-scale parallel transitions successfully.
β’ Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operational management.
β’ Proficient in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance enhancement.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
